DECREE OF CREATION
OF THE PASTORAL CENTRE
FOR FOREIGNERS OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE
AT THE ROMAN CATHOLIC PARISH OF SAINT CHARLES BORROMEO
IN WROCLAW, AT 58 RAVEN STREET
According to the Code of Canon Law, a diocesan bishop is obliged to look after the entire congregation entrusted to his care, including both permanent and temporary residents, irrespective of their age, social status or nationality.
Acting in this spirit and in cooperation with Father Kazimierz Malinowski OFM Conv., the Provincial of the Franciscan Order of the Province of St Anthony and blessed Jakub Strzemię, in accordance with canon 383 § 1 of the Code of Canon Law, I do hereby create by this decree, on 1 April 2007, the PASTORAL CENTRE FOR FOREIGNERS OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE at the Roman Catholic Parish of Saint Charles Borromeo in WROCLAW, at 58 Raven Street.
I grant administration of the Centre to its Rector, appointed by the Diocesan Bishop of the Wroclaw Archdiocese.
